For nearly two decades, RevenueTEK has helped organisations understand what's actually constraining their revenue — not by guessing, and not by assuming, but by measuring. Telemetry RT4 is the next chapter of that work: the tool that was once used behind the scenes in our consulting engagements, now being built into something organisations can put to work directly.

real, and it was earned the hard way: through direct consulting engagements, measured against agreed baselines, not estimated after the fact.

That distinction matters more than it might seem. Most firms in this space don't measure their own impact this precisely, for a simple reason: they're not confident of the answer, so they choose not to ask the question. We asked it — every time, with every client — because we built our entire methodology on the belief that if you can't measure a result, you can't really claim it.

Earlier versions of what is now Telemetry RT4 were part of how we got those answers — a tool used in service of the consulting work, not a standalone product. Clients saw glimpses of it in workshops. It was their reaction to those glimpses — wanting the tool itself, not just what it produced — that set us on the path to building what it's becoming today.

From RT3 to RT4

You may see references elsewhere — including in some older, third-party listings not maintained by us — to earlier versions of Telemetry.  RT4 represents a real step forward, not a name change:

Free of the infrastructure constraints of earlier versions — faster to deploy, easier to work with, and no longer tied to expensive legacy enterprise platforms.

RT4 doesn't ask an organisation to estimate how its sales pipeline behaves — it derives stage-by-stage progression, timing, and drop-off directly from an organisation's own CRM history.

Not just "what's happening in the pipeline," but specifically which structures, stages, elements and tactics are constraining revenue the most, and what would need to change to close the gaps.

This is the same underlying philosophy and discipline that produced the results elsewhere on this site — now built into a tool designed to be used directly, rather than only through full consulting engagements.
